This is the privacy policy of Tactical Marketing Solutions Inc. ("TMS"). This document explains TMS's policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

TMS is a call center operation that provides in-bound and out-bound calling for other businesses under contract (a "Contractor"). The purpose is to gather information for Contractors for things such as customer satisfaction ratings, comments, polling, research and marketing, and to provide Contractors with information they need about their customers to provide services requested by those customers.

The Information We Collect
Contractors give TMS personal information about the Contractors customers, potential customers, or others. It is the Contractors responsibility to ensure they have appropriate consents from those individuals for the purpose for which they have engaged TMS.

TMS collects and records information from individuals on behalf of its Contractors in various ways including telephone conversations (which may be recorded), by written responses in email or paper form, by Web based correspondence, and by indirect means such as call displays.

The types of personal information we collect will vary depending on the requirements of the Contractor.

How We Use This Information
The information is provided to the Contractor that has engaged TMS to perform services. The purpose will be disclosed when the information is requested from the individual. TMS may use personal information for internal quality control and training purposes. TMS does not use personal information for other purposes without the express consent of the individual, which may be given at the time of collection.

TMS relies on the representations of its Contractors regarding the use of personal information by the Contractor and consents obtained by the Contractors. TMS is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of the Contractors. TMS will assist individuals that disclose personal information to TMS by advising of the identity and contact information of the Contractor if requested.

TMS may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

Who We Share This Information With
Except to the Contractor for which TMS collected the information and for use by TMS's consultants and professional advisers on TMS's behalf for the uses disclosed above, TMS does not share personal information with any third parties.

Personal information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files. Such files are only available to TMS personnel, and are provided to the Contractor that has engaged TMS to perform the services. TMS protects them with security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing Information
Individuals may review their personal information contained in TMS files by contacting the TMS privacy officer. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, our privacy officer can make appropriate corrections. If TMS has forwarded such information on to the Contractor, it will advise of the contact information of that Contractor so the individual can access such information in accordance with the Contractor's privacy policies.

TMS reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how TMS uses or discloses personal information already held by TMS in a material way, TMS will obtain consent. Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in applicable privacy and other legislation in effect from time to time. These exemptions include, without limitation, publicly available information, or information disclosed for criminal or civil investigations or compliance with law or court orders.

TMS may also disclose personal information to another entity purchasing the assets of TMS, (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
